Getting started

Sign in to an existing workspace, or create a new one for your organisation. A workspace is the private space for one telecom operator; everyone you invite shares its pipeline. Open the sign-in page and enter your email and password, or use Continue with Google if your organisation signs in that way.

Starting a new organisation? Click Create a workspace, give it a name, choose a Data region — where your workspace's data is provisioned — and set up the first admin account. The data region can't be changed later without support's help, so pick it deliberately. The sidebar lists every module in pipeline order; your role decides what you can edit.

  • Sign in with email/password, or Continue with Google
  • New org: Create a workspace → name, data region, first admin

Dashboard

One screen that summarises the whole programme and tells you the single most useful thing to do next. The Next Best Action card is computed from your pipeline — for example "4 use cases are scored but not yet blueprinted" — and its button jumps you straight to the right module, already filtered to the items in question.

Below it: KPI tiles (use cases identified, in prioritisation, blueprints ready, total estimated annual ROI, design sessions completed), an AI Readiness gauge showing your latest assessment's composite score with the five dimensions beside it, your Top Priority Use Cases, and a Pipeline Funnel showing how many use cases sit at each stage.

  • Start with the Next Best Action card
  • Click Why this score? on the readiness gauge to see the weighted average

AI Readiness Assessment

From Assessment, click New assessment and give it a title. Then choose how to answer: Start assessment opens a conversational interview with Claude, which asks one question at a time and adapts its follow-ups to what you say — a Coverage panel shows how many of the 41 rubric questions each answer has resolved, and one detailed answer can settle several at once. Prefer a form instead? Prefer a quick form instead? opens a six-step wizard — company profile first, then one page per dimension — and you can switch between the two at any point; answers carry over.

The result is a composite score and maturity band — Leading (76+), Advanced (51–75), Emerging (26–50) or Nascent — compared to an anonymised peer average once five or more other operators have completed an assessment. Generate narrative has Claude write a three-paragraph executive analysis — posture, strengths, and the highest-leverage next steps — citing your actual answers.

  • New assessment, then interview or quick form — switch any time
  • Finish when the Coverage panel reads complete, then Complete assessment
  • Generate narrative for the executive read, and rate it thumbs up/down

Use Case Library

A curated catalogue of telecom AI use cases across Network Operations, Customer Experience, Fraud & Revenue Assurance, Field Operations and IT & Corporate. Browse or filter by category — each card shows the problem solved, complexity, and an estimated annual ROI range. Open a use case to read the full solution approach, data requirements, representative vendors and risks.

Add to pipeline is the moment a shared idea becomes something your team is actually evaluating — it appears in the Prioritizer at the Discovered stage.

  • Filter by category, or open a card for the full detail
  • Add to pipeline to bring it into your workspace at the Discovered stage

Prioritizer

Every use case in your pipeline gets scored 1–10 on five sliders — Business Value, Feasibility, Data Readiness, Strategic Fit, Time to Value. Feasibility is pre-filled for you: until you set it yourself it shows (auto-suggested), the average of your assessment's Infrastructure and Data Maturity scores, scaled to 1–10. A Tenant Admin can adjust the five weights (must total 100%; default 30/25/20/15/10) — everyone's ranking updates live in the ranked table and a value-vs-feasibility bubble chart, bubble size showing ROI, colour showing composite tier (green above 8, gold 6–8).

From any card: Generate Blueprint or Business Case jump straight into those modules, and Generate RFI drafts a structured Request for Information you can edit and export to Word. For team decisions, Start scoring session (Tenant Admin or Contributor) opens a shareable link, valid four hours — colleagues vote with the sliders, a live tally shows the group average and a spread indicator (Aligned, Some disagreement, Highly split), and the host's Lock this score writes the averaged result back once the group has converged.

  • Expand a card to set its five scores — saves automatically
  • Adjust Weights (Tenant Admin) to change what the composite optimizes for
  • Start scoring session for a live, shared team scoring round
Default weights
Business Value 30 · Feasibility 25 · Data Readiness 20 · Strategic Fit 15 · Time to Value 10
Example
9/8/8/8/9 at default weights → composite 8.5

Pipeline Board

A Kanban view of every use case by stage: Discovered → Assessed → Prioritized → Blueprint → Solution Design → Business Case → In Delivery. Each column header shows the count at that stage. Stages advance automatically when you generate a blueprint or start a design session, and can also be set by hand on the use case page.

Click a card to open the use case. If a card has a Design session footer, that use case already has an AI Design Studio session — click the footer to jump straight to it.

Make it concrete

Blueprints

An implementation blueprint for one use case — target architecture with a diagram, phases, data requirements, team needs and risks — generated by Claude, grounded in your readiness data. Generate it from the Prioritizer (Pro plan): before writing, Claude pulls your assessment scores, anonymised peer benchmarks and the vendor landscape, shown as a short progress sequence. The header shows a stage badge (Draft → Review → Approved), version, and a priority score badge — click Why this priority? for the five criteria and weights behind it.

Edit any section with its pencil icon, or Regenerate just that section with an instruction such as "make the phases shorter — we need value inside two quarters." Every change is versioned; Restore brings an older version back. Move it to Review when ready — architects see everything awaiting them on the Blueprint Review page. Avatars in the header show who else has it open right now, and Tenant Admins can invite an external advisor — a consultant or vendor — with view or edit access to just this use case's blueprint and business case, nothing else. Design Full AI Solution opens AI Design Studio with the blueprint's context pre-filled.

  • Generate from a Prioritizer card, then review the architecture diagram and phases
  • Regenerate a section with a plain-English instruction; Restore an older version
  • Design Full AI Solution to go deeper in AI Design Studio

Make it fundable

Business Cases

Create one from a Prioritizer card or from Business Cases › New. Enter implementation cost (one-off), annual run cost, annual benefit at full realisation, the benefit ramp per year, and your discount rate — payback in months, 3-year NPV and IRR update as soon as you save. The Scenario Explorer lets you drag the discount-rate, ramp and implementation-cost sliders to see the numbers recompute instantly; click Explain this trade-off and Claude describes, in plain language, what changed and why — nothing is saved until you choose to.

Generate the narrative for an executive summary, strategic rationale and risk mitigation, each citing your actual figures. Then submit for approval, comment, and export to a branded Word document.

  • Fill in cost, run-rate, benefit, ramp and discount rate — watch the summary update
  • Try the Scenario Explorer, then Explain this trade-off
  • Generate the narrative, then submit, comment, and export to Word
Example
$1.2M cost, $300k/yr run, $1.5M/yr benefit, 50% year-one ramp, 10% discount → ≈16 mo payback

AI Design Studio

A full AI solution design, not just a blueprint. Start from a blueprint's Design Full AI Solution — title and business problem pre-filled, the session stays linked to that use case — or open AI Design Studio › New session to start from scratch; no use case required. Upload the BRD (Word, PDF or text) or paste it, add the data sources involved and, optionally, a data dictionary spreadsheet (a template is available to download). Claude reads it all and shows a "what I understood" summary to confirm.

Four stages follow: Q&A (Claude asks clarifying questions the BRD didn't answer — scale, latency, compliance, integration points — you answer in chat), Review (a confidence score with concerns and gaps, plus a validation of your data dictionary — fix gaps, then request and approve a design preview), Design (the full solution design across ten areas, with an architecture diagram and the rationale for each choice), and Document (an 11-section deliverable, written section by section — edit in place with the toolbar for headings/lists/tables/code, regenerate sections, restore versions, mark reviewed).

Export as Word, PowerPoint, the Mermaid diagram, the risk register as a spreadsheet, or everything as a zip — you'll get an email when a long document generation finishes. A session started from a blueprint shows a "← use case" link back to it and appears on the blueprint and the Pipeline Board; a standalone session behaves exactly the same otherwise.

  • Upload or paste the BRD, add data sources and an optional data dictionary
  • Work through Q&A → Review → Design → Document
  • Export to Word, PowerPoint, Mermaid, a risk register, or a full zip

Who gets what

Settings, roles & admin

Under Settings, Preferences sets your default landing view (tick I'm a solutions architect to land on Blueprint Review), and Billing — for Tenant Admins — shows your current plan and data region: Starter covers the library and Prioritizer; Pro adds Blueprints, Business Cases and AI Design Studio; Enterprise is sales-assisted. Manage billing opens the secure billing portal.

Five roles exist: Viewer sees everything and can vote in live scoring sessions, but can't edit; Contributor can additionally score, generate, edit and host scoring sessions; Tenant Admin adds weights, billing and inviting external advisors; External Advisor only sees the specific blueprints and business cases they were invited to; Platform Admin gets cross-workspace administration — an AI Quality screen charting thumbs-down rates over 90 days with every flagged output, and Prompt Templates governing the prompts behind narrative, blueprint, business-case and use-case-recommendation generation (editing never overwrites the live version — New draft from this version, then Activate to go live, with a confirmation since it's immediate).

Recap

The shape of the whole path

Assess where you stand — by conversation or by form — pull candidate use cases from a shared library into your own pipeline, rank them alone or in a live team session against weighted criteria, turn the winner into a concrete implementation blueprint, cost it out into a business case someone can approve, and — when a use case calls for it — go all the way to a full AI solution design with AI Design Studio. Every AI step along the way is grounded in the specific numbers and documents you're looking at, and always shows its working: wherever you see Why this score?, Why? or Why this priority?, click it.
