Frequently asked questions

What's the minimum engagement size?
The Architecture Assessment, at two weeks fixed fee, is the smallest standing engagement. For something smaller — a single design review or a second opinion on a decision — get in touch and we'll scope it directly.
Do you work remote or on-site?
Both. Discovery and most delivery work happens remotely; workshops, Architecture Review Board sessions, and executive readouts are typically more effective on-site, and can be scheduled as part of the engagement.
Do you work outside the UAE?
Yes, remotely, and on-site by arrangement. Most of my delivery experience is UAE/GCC telecom, but the architecture method — TOGAF, eTOM, SID — travels well beyond the region.
How do you handle confidentiality and NDAs?
I sign NDAs as standard practice before any detailed discovery. Case material from other engagements is only ever discussed in anonymised, generalised form — no system names, no commercial terms, no client-identifying detail.
How quickly can you start?
Discovery calls are usually available within a week. Start dates for delivery depend on current commitments — ask and I'll give you a straight answer on timing.
